Delivery

Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd aims to handle all online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that some orders may take longer than others as we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

All purchases excluding body panels are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you.

If your order cannot be delivered within the time frame specified, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

As Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd, online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend. As a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

In times of adverse weather conditions or matters beyond our control, Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd is not liable in contract negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to meet the stated delivery date howsoever caused.

When you receive goods from Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd you must inspect them with driver present and note any damages to the driver and mark it on the delivery docket. Damages must be reported to the carrier and to us on the day of delivery along with a copy of the delivery docket showing damaged goods. If you cannot check the goods please sign unchecked. If the goods are damaged please return them with the driver and sign as damaged goods and returned. Claims cannot be made once the goods are signed for in good condition.

Shortages must be notified to Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd on the day of delivery.

Delivery Destinations

We will endeavour to deliver to most locations worldwide, and will try to accommodate all purchases from outside Ireland. If you would like your item(s) delivered outside of Ireland, please contact us at sales@edsportrallysupplies.ie.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd is not responsible for any delays in customs clearance.

Returns

We will only accept returns where we have despatched the wrong item / items or if the goods are damaged, car body panels are not covered for damage by our carriers so damage cannot be claimed for.

Goods returned for any other reason than stated will be subject to the following conditions:

• Items are returned with carriage and any other forms of costs paid in full.

• Credit will only be given for goods returned in their original packing and in a resaleable condition.

• Special order items may not be returned.

• Assembled or used items may not be returned.

• In certain circumstances goods returned will be refunded or exchanged and only at the supplier's discretion.

• Carriage associated with correctly supplied goods cannot be refunded.

All returns must be notified to Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods. All claims in connection with the goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and the customer hereby agrees that he/she is prohibited from making a claim otherwise. Returns must received by Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd within 14 days of dispatch. No claim shall entitle the customer to withhold any payment whatsoever from Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd.
