By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Information for further details. 

In order to contract with Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. 

    •    Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. 

    •    Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. Prices may rise or fall without prior notice.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies

    •    Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Orders that are cancelled by the buyer or collection only orders that are cancelled by us may take up to 10 days to clear the card used for the purchase, no money has been taken from your account during this pre-authorisation period, should you have any questions about this please contact your bank or card issuer.

    •    Assembly of Products

All Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd products are sold for self-assembly except where we are requested to do so by the customer (a charge will apply for this service.) Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd does not accept responsibility for poor assembly by the customer.

    •    Discount Codes

Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

    •   Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise please contact us as soon as possible if you have any complaints or comments. 

    •   Collection Only Orders

These orders must be collected within 2 days of the date the original order was placed. You must call us first to confirm the order is ready for collection before you arrive. If you do not collect the order within the time frame your order will be cancelled. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you about this.

Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd aims to handle all online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that some orders may take longer than others as we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

All purchases excluding body panels are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you.

If your order cannot be delivered within the time frame specified, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

As Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd, online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend. As a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

In times of adverse weather conditions or matters beyond our control, Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd is not liable in contract negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to meet the stated delivery date howsoever caused.

When you receive goods from Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd you must inspect them with driver present and note any damages to the driver and mark it on the delivery docket. Damages must be reported to the carrier and to us on the day of delivery along with a copy of the delivery docket showing damaged goods. If you cannot check the goods please sign unchecked. If the goods are damaged please return them with the driver and sign as damaged goods and returned. Claims cannot be made once the goods are signed for in good condition.

Shortages must be notified to Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd on the day of delivery.

   •   Delivery Destinations

We will endeavour to deliver to most locations worldwide, and will try to accommodate all purchases from outside Ireland. If you would like your item(s) delivered outside of Ireland, please contact us at sales@edsportrallysupplies.ie.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd is not responsible for any delays in customs clearance.

   •    Returns

We will only accept returns where we have despatched the wrong item / items or if the goods are damaged, car body panels are not covered for damage by our carriers so damage cannot be claimed for.

Goods returned for any other reason than stated will be subject to the following conditions:

• Items are returned with carriage and any other forms of costs paid in full.

• Credit will only be given for goods returned in their original packing and in a resaleable condition.

• Special order items may not be returned.

• Assembled or used items may not be returned.

• In certain circumstances goods returned will be refunded or exchanged and only at the supplier's discretion.

• Carriage associated with correctly supplied goods cannot be refunded.

All returns must be notified to Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods. All claims in connection with the goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and the customer hereby agrees that he/she is prohibited from making a claim otherwise. Returns must received by Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd within 14 days of dispatch. No claim shall entitle the customer to withhold any payment whatsoever from Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd.

   •    Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. 

   •    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. 

   •    Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Edsport Rally Supplies Ltd.
